GOLDREA ANNOUNCES NEW CFO

Goldrea Resources Corp.’s Nicole Wood has resigned as chief financial officer, effective immediately. Ms. Wood has been a valuable member of the Goldrea team for over a decade. The company thanks her for her dedication and professionalism over the years, and wishes her continued success in future endeavours.

The company has appointed Olumuyiwa Ogunlaiye as its new CFO, effective immediately. Mr. Ogunlaiye has over 20 years of experience in merger and acquisition deals, corporate restructurings, project finances and transaction advisory across various industries ranging from oil and gas, real estate, manufacturing, retail, and services. He has worked as a business controller in the automotive, and food and beverage industries, including a position with a top international brewer. Mr. Ogunlaiye is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and has a bachelor of science in accounting and a master of science in finance. Goldrea welcomes Mr. Ogunlaiye to the company team.
